ElevenLabs in Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive growth across Poland's largest enterprises, with a focus on Government & Utilities. You will build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, engaging with C-level and senior decision-makers to demonstrate the value of ElevenLabs' AI voice platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic SaaS or tech sales.
• Proven success closing long, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Well-connected in the Polish Government and Utilities sectors.
• Experience selling to product/engineering leaders; translate tech to business value.
• Deep knowledge of Poland's enterprise procurement and legal processes.
• Hybrid/remote-capable, adaptable in a high-growth startup.
• Native or fluent Polish; strong English for internal collaboration.

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Poland, with a focus on Government & Utilities.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' AI capabilities can drive engagement and efficiency in public sector.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with compelling business cases for executives.
• Develop and maintain deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape and trends.
• Demonstrate expertise in AI voice tech and its value for customer support, virtual agents, and IVR modernization.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand presence within the Polish Government sector.
