Job summary

Carhartt WIP Warsaw is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and lead a sales team. You will deputise for the Store Manager when needed and ensure adherence to procedures and company directives.

You will drive sales by mentoring staff, maintaining product knowledge, and delivering excellent customer service. Fluent Polish and English are required to communicate with customers and colleagues effectively.

Qualifications

• Able to supervise and motivate a team.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to meet sales goals.
• Good IT skills and proficiency with standard software.
• Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in management and daily operation of the store.
• Deputising in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Understand and implement procedures and company directives.
• Ensure sales plans are achieved.
• Support the store team in product knowledge to ensure excellent customer service.
• Meet sales goals by mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Assist in the recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and company’s visual merchandising standards.
