LEGO Polska Sp. Z. O. O. is seeking a friendly, customer-oriented retail associate to greet guests, operate cash registers, and maintain a pristine LEGO store environment. The role offers a hybrid work setup and a base hourly wage with a performance bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities include assisting in stockroom operations, driving engagement with customers, and promoting loyalty programs while upholding LEGO Brand Retail standards and safety guidelines.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
• Customer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs

Qualifications

• Doświadczenie w handlu detalicznym jest mile widziane, ale nie jest wymagane
• Pasja do marki LEGO® i chęć reprezentowania jej wartości
• Łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów i tworzeniu relacji z klientami
• Umiejętność pracy w zespole
• Znajomość obsługi komputera będzie dodatkowym atutem
• Doświadczenie w pracy z dziećmi jest mile widziane
• Gotowość do pracy w elastycznych godzinach, w tym wieczorami i w weekendy

Compensation and Benefits

Wynagrodzenie początkowe na tym stanowisku wynosi 36,30 zł.

Na tym stanowisku obowiązuje system premiowy, w ramach którego roczny, docelowy poziom premii (przy realizacji celów na poziomie 100%) wynosi 5% wynagrodzenia zasadniczego, a także standardowy pakiet benefitów.

Work Hours and Location

Stanowisko obejmuje minimum 10 do 40 godzin pracy tygodniowo (w zależności od etatu). Poszukujemy kandydata, który jest w stanie pracować w elastycznych godzinach zarówno w dni powszednie, jak i w weekendy.

W środowisku hybrydowym, średnio 3 dni w tygodniu w biurze/ sklepie/ fabryce.
