Chartwells Higher Education in Poland is seeking a Cook Supervisor to oversee kitchen staff, production, quality assurance, and the profitability of all menu items across campus operations.

You will assist with menu planning, control costs, ensure food safety, and train employees while maintaining daily records and compliance with standards. A valid Food Handler Certificate and 3 years of institutional kitchen experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years cooking experience in an institutional kitchen.
• Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
• Excellent customer and client relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Assist with menu planning and maintain high quality and profitability.
• Recommend and implement cost-saving prep procedures and supervise kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following food safety standards.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks in kitchen layout and prep.
• Ensure timely delivery of ingredients to kitchens and clientele.
• Train employees: plan, assign, direct work, and discipline.
• Advise management on purchasing to minimize waste.
