Job summary

Qualifications

• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works together as a team to provide optimum service.
• Inspect grooming and attire and rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties, inventory and stock management.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining and coaching employees; act as role model.
• Follow safety and security policies, protect company assets, and ensure guest satisfaction.
