Colgate-Palmolive Warsaw is seeking a Demand Planning/Analytics specialist to collaborate with local Demand Planners, develop statistical models, and deliver insights to improve planning and portfolio management. The role requires strong analytical ability, experience in logistics, and proficiency with tools like Tableau and SAP.

You will support implementation of new analytics tools, coordinate monthly reporting, and contribute to cross-functional improvements for CS&L.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics / supply or demand planning.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics (math, statistics) preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency with SAP and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with subsidiary Demand Planners to identify SKUs to manage through statistical models.
• Support subsidiaries' use of analytic tools such as Control Tower, Tableau, BI Excel.
• Deliver analyses that provide insights for improving planning and portfolio management.
• Support and coordinate new tools implementation and processes (Data Lake, Data Studio, BigQuery).
• Provide demand analysis to CS&L and share standardized analytics across subsidiaries.
