Corning is seeking a Global Demand Planner in Poland to lead forecast development for multiple product lines, aligning commercial, product line management and operations. The demand planner creates and maintains forecast models and drives consensus on short-term demand and long-term forecast.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in supply chain, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Power BI and Excel. A degree in supply chain or related field is preferred, with ability to work

• 0-3 years of supply chain experience (required).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for short-term planning and long-term forecast.
• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data and evaluate results.
• Coordinate cross-functional research to reconcile variances and refine forecast models.
• Collaborate with commercial and product line management to ensure current information is used in forecasts.
• Maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting tool.
• Coordinate changes in demand plan with supply chain and operations.
