Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Customer Planning Specialist (F/M) for our Warsaw team. You will partner with the Customer Development Team to ensure products outperform competitors through effective commercial planning and analytical excellence.

The role requires a university degree, strong English, and experience in commercial planning or analytics. Proficiency in Excel and Atlas is highly valued in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential.
• Experience in commercial planning, analytics or customer development support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan customers' portfolio under CDM supervision to drive sales growth and service levels.
• Identify supply chain efficiencies using Atlas and GPS data.
• Implement sales tactics aligned with regional plans and monitor promotions.
• Analyze trends, brand share, pricing, category sales and competitive activity.
• Provide actionable feedback in monthly commercial processes.
• Support CDT in KAM reviews and ROI days.
