Job summary
Colgate-Palmolive in Warsaw is seeking a Customer Planning Specialist to partner with the Customer Development Team and drive profitable growth through strategic planning and analytics.
You will analyze trends, support promotions, and ensure accurate pricing and listings while collaborating across functions in a multinational environment.

Qualifications
- University degree required.
- Experience in commercial planning or analytics required.
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Plan the selected customers’ portfolio under CDM supervision to drive sales growth and improve service levels.
- Leverage Atlas and GPS monthly discipline to identify supply chain efficiencies.
- Implement sales tactics aligned with regional commercial plans.
- Analyze trends, including brand share, pricing, category sales, and competitive activity.
- Provide actionable feedback within the monthly commercial process.
- Monitor promotions to ensure in-store excellence and track listings and shipments.
- Maintain price integrity across internal and external systems and documentation.
- Support CDT in preparation for KAM reviews and ROI days.
