Mondelez International in Warsaw is seeking a Demand Planning expert to drive forecast validity, data integrity, and process improvements across six workstreams within a major digital transformation project.

You will validate forecasting logic, engage with design reviews, and support go-live readiness, coaching local planning teams and ensuring smooth transition to business-as-usual. Fluency in English and willingness to relocate to Warsaw are required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or IBP in FMCG/CPG — real practitioner experience.
• Hands-on with SAP APO, SAP IBP, o9 Solutions, or a comparable planning platform.
• Understanding of statistical forecasting methodologies and demand planning processes.
• Strong communication bridging business users and technical teams. You’ll relocate to Warsaw, Poland.

Responsabilités

• Embed in the central programme team in Warsaw and own your scope across six workstreams.
• Validate forecasting logic and planning processes, participate in design reviews, and run fit-gap assessments.
• Test functionality across demand planning workflows and ensure data quality for go-live.
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user sessions to enable adoption.
