Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics / supply or demand planning.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Economics preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data driven approach.
• Working knowledge of SAP; proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of Google Tools and data visualization is a plus.
• Results and customer oriented with attention to detail.
• Team player with problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subsidiary Demand Planners to identify SKUs for statistical modeling.
• Support use of analytic tools like Control Tower, Tableau, and Excel.
• Deliver analyses and insights to improve planning and portfolio management.
• Assist with new tool implementations, data lake and reporting processes.
• Support CS&L with demand analysis and development of analytical tools.
• Maintain and share standardized analytics across subsidiaries.
• Support European subsidiaries with statistical forecasting analysis.
• Run alerts with local teams to investigate significant differences.
• Review statistical model performance and overall demand planning.

Working with the Demand Planners to support Statistical Forecast modeling and analysis. The role is to provide complimentary technical skills on Stat Forecasting and descriptive analytics to the local DPs knowledge of their markets.

Responsibilities

• Work with subsidiary Demand Planners to identify SKUs to manage through statistical models
• Support subsidiaries use of analytic tools such as: Control Tower, Tableau, BI Excel;
• Deliver analysis that provides insights for improving planning and portfolio management;
• Support and coordinate new tools implementation, innovations and processes; implementation like Data Lake, Data Studio, Big Query, Monthly DP reporting process, etc;
• Support Customer Service and Logistics (CS&L) management with Demand analysis and develop new analytical tools;
• Manage, update and share standardized analytics and reports to the subsidiaries and divisional CS&L team;
• Support European subsidiaries through Statistical Forecast modeling and analysis;
• Run and review alerts in collaboration with local teams investigate significant differences;
• Post analysis of Statistical model performance and general Demand Planning
• Support subsidiaries use of analytic tools such as: Control Tower, Tableau, BI Excel;
• Deliver analysis that provides insights for improving planning and portfolio management;
• Continuously work on self-development, following department and company evolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics / supply or demand planning;
• Preferred (Asset): Master's Degree - Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics (math, statistics);
• Strong analytical skills;
• Working knowledge of SAP ,
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheet;
• Knowledge of Google Tools
• Results and customer oriented;
• High degree of accuracy and attention to details;
• Team player and problem solving attitude;

What we can offer

Salary Range: 9 000 PLN - 11 600 PLN gross per month

1 year employment contract

The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the position's requirements, such as required skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions, which places the role into a specific level within the company's compensation framework.

Employees will also be eligible to the annual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance.

The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employer’s Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
