CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own production software for our network automation platforms. You will design, write production-grade Python and Go, set technical direction, and raise the quality bar.

You will collaborate across Network Engineering, Observability, Fleet Engineering, and HPC teams, lead RFCs and reviews, and drive reliable, scalable systems while mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Go.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of runtime health for services and applications at an enterprise level.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and long-term health of the platforms and services that automate the network.
• Plan and map out complex projects months in advance, coordinating multiple efforts.
