Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Engineer for Network Observability to optimize telemetry, analytics, and automated alerting across a multi-vendor cloud network. You will design collectors, exporters, and dashboards using Python and Golang, ingesting telemetry from Arista EOS, NVIDIA Cumulus Linux, Nokia SR OS, and SR Linux in Kubernetes-native environments.

You will mentor juniors and participate in RFCs, with on-call rotation to support production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network observability, telemetry, or SRE/DevOps in large-scale environments.
• Experience with Prometheus-based monitoring, Grafana dashboards, and alerting workflows.
• Proficient with Python, Go, Bash; familiar with Ansible/Jinja2 for automation.
• Strong Linux and IP networking knowledge with multi-vendor OS exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain telemetry collectors, exporters, and dashboards across multi-vendor platforms.
• Develop telemetry solutions using gNMI, SNMP, and streaming analytics; integrate with Kubernetes-native deployments.
• Automate ingestion pipelines and real-time performance insights to reduce operator toil.
• Collaborate across SRE and security teams; participate in RFCs and design discussions.
• Mentor junior teammates on observability best practices and on-call duties.
