Job summary

CoreWeave, a leading AI cloud provider, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design and build production software that automates and scales the network. You will own core platforms, write Python and Go, and set technical direction with a focus on reliability and observability.

You will collaborate with Network Engineering, Observability, Fleet Engineering, and HPC teams, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building/operating production infrastructure, platforms, or backend systems at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Go.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD
• Strong understanding of managing runtime health for services and applications at an enterprise level.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and long-term health of platforms and services that automate the network, including provisioning and tooling.
• Plan and map complex projects months in advance with multiple parallel efforts.
• Lead technical direction through RFCs, design reviews, and architecture decisions.
