Job summary

CoreWeave, a leader in AI cloud infrastructure, seeks a Senior Software Engineer for the Network Development Team. You will design, develop, automate, and maintain networking software powering CoreWeave's GPU cloud, writing Python and Go, building tooling, and working with multiple teams to automate and monitor the network.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to architecture decisions, and drive reliable, scalable automation that reduces manual toil and improves observability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering, building/operating production infra or backend systems at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Go.
• Solid CI/CD understanding (testing, reviews, deployments).
• Strong understanding of runtime health management for services at an enterprise level.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, and long-term health of network automation platforms and services.
• Plan complex projects months ahead, coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Lead technical direction via RFCs, reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Write well-tested Python/Go code and maintain strong CI/CD practices.
