CoreWeave seeks a Staff Software Engineer, Cluster Orch (Non SUNK), to lead the Kubernetes-native orchestration strategy for our AI workloads across large GPU clusters. You will own the technical vision, drive architecture decisions, and resolve systemic performance and scalability challenges at scale.

You will mentor senior engineers, champion reliability and capacity planning, and collaborate with multiple teams to align platform standards and developer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in distributed systems or cloud platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Go with track record of large-scale production systems.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes internals and scheduling mechanisms.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the technical vision for the Kubernetes-native orchestration platform.
• Lead cross-team architecture reviews and ensure reliability, scalability, and fairness at scale.
• Mentor senior engineers and establish platform-wide standards for capacity and developer experience.
