Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Cluster Orch (Non SUNK), to define and drive the Kubernetes-native orchestration strategy for AI workloads across large GPU clusters. You will own the architectural vision and lead cross-team reviews while improving reliability and performance at scale.

You will mentor senior engineers and coordinate with infrastructure and managed inference teams to maintain platform standards and developer experience.

Qualifications

• Own the technical vision and architecture for major portions of the platform.
• Define how AI workloads are admitted, scheduled, and governed across large GPU clusters.
• Lead cross-team architecture reviews and establish platform-wide standards for reliability and capacity.
• Mentor senior engineers across the organisation.

Responsibilities
