Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Cluster Orch (SUNK), to shape long‑term architecture for our orchestration platform and drive cross‑team initiatives across scheduling, quota enforcement, and hyperscale scaling.

You will mentor engineers, define technical direction, and uphold reliability and observability in a high‑demand, GPU‑powered environment, reporting to the Cluster Orch leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, operating, and scaling large distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go and strong distributed systems design principles.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term architecture for CoreWeave's orchestration platform and shape technical direction.
• Own critical components of our orchestration layers and managed services.
• Drive cross-organisational initiatives in scheduling, quota enforcement, and hyperscale scaling.
• Mentor senior engineers and elevate engineering standards across teams.
