Job summary

CoreWeave in Poznań is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Cluster Orch (Non SUNK), to define the technical vision and architecture for Kubernetes-native orchestration across large GPU clusters. You will drive reliability, capacity planning, and developer experience while mentoring senior engineers.

You will lead cross-team architecture reviews, align with Infrastructure, CKS, and managed inference teams, and tackle performance, scalability, and fairness at scale using Kueue, Volcano, and Ray.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering large-scale orchestration platforms.
• Strong systems thinking for performance, scalability and fairness at scale.
• Ability to lead cross-team architecture reviews and mentor senior engineers.
