Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a Staff Software Engineer to drive its Kubernetes-native orchestration strategy for massive AI workloads. You will own technical vision, architecture, and governance for how AI workloads are admitted, scheduled, and executed across large GPU clusters using Kueue, Volcano, and Ray.

You will lead cross-team architecture reviews, set platform-wide standards for reliability and capacity management, and mentor senior engineers to raise the bar across the organisation.

• Experience influencing architecture decisions across multiple teams.
• Strong system design and performance optimization skills.
