Qualifications

• Experience at Staff/Principal/Tech Lead level across multiple teams.
• Proven mobile platform testing experience (iOS or Android).
• Ability to define testing/quality strategy and metrics.
• Experience shifting quality ownership left into workflows.
• Hands-on engineering foundation with production code skills.
• Experience leading technical/process changes with teams.
• Strong relationship with AI in engineering and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the quality and reliability strategy across the domain.
• Lead cross-team quality initiatives and resolve domain-wide issues.
• Mentor senior engineers and accelerate real growth.
• Run knowledge-sharing sessions, tech talks, and documentation.
• Co-shape technical direction and analyze quality trends with metrics.
• Define quality governance and AI usage frameworks.
