Medium is seeking an experienced mobile QA Engineer to test BOSS Revolution: Calling App across iOS and Android. You will design, execute and document test cases, perform functional, regression, UI/UX and exploratory testing, and automate mobile app and API tests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Java.
• Proficiency with Git, TestNG/JUnit, Gradle.
• Strong experience with Appium (XCUItest & UiAutomator2).
• Experience in test parallelization.
• Knowledge of API test automation.
• Hands-on with Allure reporting and framework integration.
• Configuring Jenkins pipelines and CI machines.
• English: B1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Test mobile applications (iOS & Android).
• Design, execute, and document test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, and exploratory testing.
• Automate mobile app and API test cases.
• Conduct PR reviews and provide feedback.
• Review and report automation test results daily.
• Maintain, fix, and update automation test cases.
• Collaborate on CI/CD setup and improvements.
• Report, track, and verify bugs using issue tracking tools.
• Work with developers, designers, and product managers.
• Participate in release validation and smoke testing.
