You will shape architectural decisions, build reliable AI agents, and implement robust evaluation frameworks, with strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and cost management in real customer applications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex initiatives as a hands-on contributor.
• Proven track record deploying production-grade LLM applications and AI features used by customers.
• Ability to influence architectural decisions and establish engineering standards.
• Experience building AI evaluation frameworks with automated tests, agent traces, and production monitoring.
• Strong backend/platform engineering skills with Python and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of major AI initiatives (AI agents, generative features).
• Contribute to production AI systems, improve architecture and workflows.
• Improve AI quality, reliability, and performance with measurable enhancements.
• Own major AI projects from planning through deployment and optimization.
• Define architectural standards and scalable AI platform infrastructure.
• Establish AI quality frameworks, evaluations, and monitoring.
