BBH in Kraków is seeking a senior technology leader to shape the AI Platform, mentor engineers, and partner with business stakeholders to bring high-value AI use cases to production. You will drive architecture decisions, guide agile teams, and collaborate across security, data, and enterprise teams.

The role emphasizes platform engineering, governance, and scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions, with a hybrid office model three days in Kraków and two remote days for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex initiatives.
• Strong hands-on Java and backend development skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive architectural decisions for AI Platform services and set technical direction.
• Lead AI Lab Agile teams from experiments to production-grade solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and onboard high-value AI use cases.
• Define engineering standards, architecture principles, and best practices.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of excellence and learning.
• Create reusable patterns and platform capabilities to accelerate adoption.
• Lead investigations, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, data, and engineering teams.
