Job summary

Core Laboratories in Poland seeks an SSC Supervisor to oversee day-to-day Shared Service Centre operations, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely support across locations. You will lead, coach, and develop the SSC team while monitoring KPIs and upholding SOPs and controls.

As invoicing activities expand into additional countries, you will design scalable processes, drive continuous improvement, and sustain service excellence and operational discipline across the SSC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in SSC, finance operations, or similar service delivery.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily SSC operations and workload distribution.
• Lead, coach, and support SSC team members.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels; address delays and bottlenecks.
• Ensure SOPs, controls, and reporting compliance.
• Support onboarding and development of SSC staff.
• Assist with invoicing process transitions from other locations.
• Act as operational point of contact across Finance, Operations, and country teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
