Zusammenfassung

SHEIN in Poland is seeking a Logistics Control Tower Coordinator to monitor warehouse and network risks, coordinate escalations across warehouses, IT, and planning, and support incident management to restore stable operations. You will review testing requests, help schedule windows, maintain logs, and propose improvements to alerting and reporting.

Strong Excel and Power BI skills, English proficiency, and ability to work under pressure are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, fulfilment, transport, supply chain, planning, or operational coordination.
• Strong ability to work with real-time operational data and make structured recommendations.
• Understanding of warehouse workflow, capacity constraints, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and transport dependencies.
• Experience with incidents, escalations, operational monitoring, or change coordination is preferred.
• Good Excel and reporting skills; Power BI or similar tools are advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage several priorities at the same time.
• Professional English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Monitor warehouse and network-level risks related to backlog, capacity, staffing, replenishment, systems, transport, and service performance.
• Coordinate operational escalations between warehouses, Flow teams, Warehouse Managers, Transport, IT, Planning, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure escalations contain clear data, business impact, ownership, timing, recommended actions, and decision requirements.
• Support live incident management and maintain communication until operations return to a stable condition.
• Review operational testing requests and confirm that scope, risks, rollback plans, monitoring arrangements, and stop criteria are defined.
• Support selection of suitable testing windows based on operational volume, staffing, backlog, and network priorities.
• Maintain escalation logs, incident records, handovers, action trackers, and post-incident reviews.
• Identify recurring risks and propose improvements to alerting, reporting, escalation processes, and operational standards.
• Support the Control Tower Lead with reporting on incidents, trends, capacity risks, and service-impacting events.

Working hours:

Sun. - Wed. - Day Shift - 6:00 - 16:45

Sun. - Wed. - Night Shift - 18:00 - 4:45

Wed. - Sat. - Day Shift - 6:00 - 16:45

Wed. - Sat. - Night Shift - 18:00 - 4:45

After each shift there are 3 days off.
