Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an experienced product manager with IoT/Embedded expertise to develop the EMEA market and collaborate with the sales team to grow account revenue. The role is based at our EMEA headquarters in the Netherlands.

You will analyze market trends, define requirements with customers, train teams, and guide cross-functional engineering to align products with customer expectations while building ecosystem relationships with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in EE/CS or equivalent with relevant experience in product management.
• 8–10+ years of product management and ability to influence customers.

Job description

Supermicro is seeking for experienced product manager experienced in IoT/Embedded segment and familiar about EMEA market development. The solution manager has to establish and develop the potential KA within EMEA and work with sales team to grow the account revenue. The position is based in our EMEA headquarter in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze market and business trends, develop tactics and programs to grow market share through strategically positioned Supermicro’s solution to maximize competitiveness.
• Identify, prioritize and address requirements of enterprise customers for existing and emerging use cases with evolving deployment considerations.
• TTM for new product training for customers. Work closely with customers to define and refine the specifications of the products and solution, work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure the solution meets the expectation from customer.
• Lead research and analysis of technology, customers, and competitors’ trends to feedback to engineers to develop platform portfolio strategy.
• Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects and work with sales teams to close deals.
• Develop Eco-system with team and setup/maintain vendor supplier relationship to develop business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in EE/CS, with equivalent experiences.
• 8-10+ years of product management/promotion ability and the skills to influence customer.
• Proven ability to develop business and engage customers directly.
• Solution knowledge on Data analytics, SDS, HPC, AI, HCI, SAP, Network etc.
• In-depth knowledge in server/storage/datacenter products with strong business acumen to penetrate and develop new business opportunities in EU.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to collaborate, influence and develop complex relationship with both internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to be self-motivated towards the achievement and measurement of established goals.
• Serve as the technical advisor to provide market and technology trends.
