A Day in the Life

Alors que nous construisons notre nouvelle organisation interne de Service Client pour les activités du Service Technique, nous recherchons un(e) Superviseur(se) Service Client passionné(e) par le service clients et capable d’évoluer avec succès dans un environnement en constante évolution.

Ce poste convient parfaitement aux professionnels qui aiment accompagner et développer les autres, résoudre des problématiques complexes et aider les équipes à réussir dans un contexte de transformation rapide. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la création d’une culture de la performance, centrée sur le client, tout en garantissant un niveau de service exceptionnel dans un environnement MedTech hautement réglementé.

Votre travail soutiendra directement les professionnels de santé et contribuera, en fin de compte, à l’amélioration de la prise en charge des patients.

Ce poste est basé à Varsovie (Pologne) avec un mode de travail hybride combinant présence au bureau et télétravail. Une localisation alternative est possible à Paris (France).

Les déplacements seront limités et principalement liés à des réunions professionnelles, des formations ou des initiatives organisationnelles.

Responsabilités principales
  • Diriger, accompagner et développer une équipe de Représentants et de Spécialistes du Service Client afin d’assurer un support client de haut niveau et atteindre les objectifs de performance.
  • Superviser et gérer les opérations quotidiennes, la répartition des ressources, les niveaux de service et les indicateurs clés de performance afin de garantir une prestation de service efficace et performante.
  • Gérer les remontées clients complexes et assurer leur résolution rapide en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Service et Réparation ainsi qu’avec les fonctions transverses afin de garantir l’alignement des exigences opérationnelles et des processus du service client.
  • Promouvoir la responsabilité, l’orientation client et l’amélioration continue au sein de l’équipe grâce à des activités régulières de gestion de la performance et de coaching.
  • Piloter la mise en œuvre et l’adoption des améliorations de processus, des évolutions des systèmes et des initiatives de changement organisationnel.
  • Analyser les données de performance opérationnelle, identifier les opportunités d’amélioration et mettre en place des actions correctives pour optimiser les résultats.
  • Garantir le respect des normes qualité, des exigences réglementaires, des attentes en matière d’audit et des politiques de l’entreprise.
Qualifications requises
  • Licence/Bachelor et au moins 4 ans d’expérience dans le service client, les opérations clients, le support de service ou un environnement opérationnel orienté client ; ou diplôme de niveau supérieur (Master ou équivalent) avec au moins 2 ans d’expérience.
  • Expérience de la gestion des escalades clients, de la résolution de problématiques complexes et de la gestion simultanée de plusieurs priorités opérationnelles.
  • Expérience dans l’analyse des indicateurs de performance opérationnelle et la mise en œuvre de solutions visant à améliorer la prestation de service.
  • Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais et du français ainsi que d’au moins une autre langue européenne.
  • Expérience de collaboration avec de multiples groupes de parties prenantes à différents niveaux de l’organisation et dans diverses fonctions.
Qualifications souhaitées
  • Expérience préalable en management d’équipe, incluant l’encadrement direct, la supervision d’équipes ou la responsabilité de la gestion de la performance.
  • Expérience dans la conduite de projets, la coordination d’activités opérationnelles ou l’exercice d’un rôle d’expert métier.
  • Expérience des méthodologies d’amélioration continue, des initiatives d’excellence opérationnelle ou des projets d’optimisation des processus.
  • Expérience du coaching, du mentorat ou de l’accompagnement au développement professionnel de collaborateurs.
  • Expérience dans les secteurs de la santé, des technologies médicales, des services techniques ou dans un autre secteur réglementé.
  • Expérience de l’utilisation de systèmes ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) ou d’outils de gestion des services tels que SAP, Salesforce ou des plateformes similaires.
