Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degrees in Commerce/Economics/Finance or MBA/Analytics.
• Certifications: CPP - Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, CIPP; PHR.
• Strong knowledge of global payroll, HCM, ERP systems like SAP and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing to ensure timely salary disbursements.
• Assist in calculating payroll components (deductions, bonuses, taxes).
• Help administer employee benefits (health insurance, retirement plans, leave tracking).
• Stay informed about basic regulatory requirements related to payroll and benefits.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll and benefits queries.
• Provide assistance to employees on routine payroll and benefits questions.
