Job summary

Genpact in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking a Sr. Associate - HRO focused on Employee Lifecycle Management. You will coordinate onboarding, manage performance evaluations, administer benefits and leaves, address employee relations, track development, and conduct exits to ensure smooth transitions.

The role requires hybrid work within Poland, strong HR credentials including PHR/SHRM, and fluent English with French language proficiency. Prior Workday experience is advantageous for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance; MBA or related Master is a plus.
• HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are preferred.
• Experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management is desirable that enables effective onboarding, performance reviews and offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the new employee onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
• Manage employee performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms to support continuous improvement.
• Administer employee benefits and handle leave requests in alignment with company policies.
• Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor and track employee development and training programs to foster professional growth.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions.
