Job summary

ICEYE is seeking an Operations Systems Engineer (Spectrum) to keep the ground station network operating reliably and to drive RF interference and spectrum analysis efforts. You will join a small, autonomous operations team responsible for the RF analysis pipeline, supporting international frequency coordination and station integration.

The role focuses on live operational challenges, with hybrid work in Warsaw and collaboration with engineering management and ground stations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational engineering role in ground stations, satellite ops, or telecoms.
• Hands-on RF interference analyses and simulations.
• Ability to perform RF link budget calculations and interpret interference results.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor ICEYE ground station network.
• Lead RF interference and spectrum analysis tasks for operations.
• Integrate new stations and support LEOP preparations.
