Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Senior Electronics R&D Test Engineer to lead electrical AIT for the next generation of optical satellites. You will qualify subsystems and full spacecraft, debug electronics and software, and build the EGSE that campaigns depend on while collaborating with engineering teams.

Based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model, you will drive test and integration campaigns under tight timelines and bring test insights back to design for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with development, integration and testing of complex electronics systems.
• Strong debugging skills across electronics and software.
• AIT experience spanning software and hardware testing.
• Proficient in Python for test automation and data handling.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Run subsystem qualification and spacecraft-level tests for the new optical satellite generation.
• Debug electronics and software issues, perform root cause analysis.
• Design/build EGSE to support test campaigns and integration.
• Create AIT procedures and transfer knowledge to production teams.
• Communicate findings to design teams to drive iterative improvements.
