Job summary

ICEYE in Warsaw is seeking an Operations Systems Engineer (Spectrum) to keep the ground station network operating at scale, focusing on RF interference analysis and spectrum coordination. You will own a specialist work stream for RF interference and Spectrum analysis to support ICEYE's ground station operations and international frequency coordination efforts.

The pace is operational, the problems are live, and the capability you build will directly support our scaling.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational engineering role in a ground station, satellite operations, or telecommunications environment.
• Hands-on experience in RF interference analyses and simulations.
• Ability to perform RF link budget calculations and interpret interference analysis results.
• Working knowledge of antenna theory fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical spectrum topics for non-specialist colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Keep ICEYE's ground station network operating and monitored across all active sites with reliable contact quality.
• Support frequency coordination filings with RF analysis and modeling.
• Build and validate an internal spectrum analysis pipeline to reduce manual effort over time.
