Job summary

AMS is seeking a Specialist Talent Sourcer with French to partner with stakeholders and creatively source niche talent. You will leverage data and market insight to shape hiring strategies, while building strong relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers.

You will engage in headhunting across channels, deliver high-quality shortlists, and guide decisions with evidence-based recommendations. This role offers a hybrid model and opportunities to impact clients globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing within agency, RPO or in-house environments.
• Proficient in sourcing tools and headhunting for niche roles.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and influence recruitment with insight and data.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted adviser to Recruiters and Hiring Managers, building partnerships and delivering quality candidate experiences.
• Develop bespoke sourcing strategies for specialist/hard-to-hire roles using market insight.
• Use data and market trends to inform and improve sourcing approaches.
• Attract and engage high-calibre talent via multiple channels, including LinkedIn and other tools.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with clear recommendations for hiring decisions.
• Conduct in-depth conversations with candidates to assess motivation and potential.
• Collaborate with recruiters to review feedback and explore alternative talent pools or locations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Act as a trusted adviser to Recruiters and Hiring Managers, building strong partnerships and delivering a high‑quality candidate and client experience.
• Apply your sourcing expertise and market insight to develop bespoke sourcing strategies for specialist and hard‑to‑hire roles.
• Use data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis to inform, adapt, and continuously improve sourcing approaches.
• Attract and engage high‑calibre talent through a range of channels, including LinkedIn and other sourcing tools, regularly headhunting for niche skillsets.
• Deliver high‑quality, engaged candidate shortlists, providing clear recommendations to support informed hiring decisions.
• Conduct consultative, in‑depth conversations with candidates to assess suitability, motivation, and future potential.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to review feedback, address challenges, and propose solutions such as alternative talent pools or locations.
• Champion exceptional candidate experience, keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process and beyond.

Skills & Requirements:

Must Have:

• Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing within agency, RPO, or in‑house environments.
• Strong capability in sourcing tools and techniques, including proactive headhunting for specialist or niche roles.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and influence recruitment discussions using insight and data.
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills, with confidence engaging candidates and Hiring Managers.
• High attention to quality, accuracy, and data completeness, with a structured and compliant approach to delivery.

Good to have:

• Experience supporting complex or specialist hiring needs.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies and ATS platforms.
