UPM's Global HR Services in Zabierzów, Kraków area, Poland, is seeking an HR Specialist, German speaker to join our Recruitment team. You will partner with hiring managers, publish job ads, manage applications, and coordinate interviews, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and data accuracy in Workday.

You will work in a hybrid model, supported by relocation to Kraków if needed, and benefit from the company’s onboarding, development opportunities, and cross-national teamwork.

Formación

• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Interested in HR and eager to learn how it is organized in a global company.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Publish job advertisements in agreed channels.
• Manage applications and respond to candidates’ inquiries.
• Schedule interviews and support a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
• Collect required information and documentation from selected candidates.
• Support hiring-related activities and provide system support to managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and hiring data in Workday system.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives based on current needs, your interests and skills.
