UPM in Kraków, Poland, seeks an HR Specialist (Internal HR) to support the Reward and Career Changes Team on a temporary fixed-term contract for one year. You will assist with employment lifecycle tasks, payroll-related activities, and benefits, working closely with HR Partners and external stakeholders.

You will manage Workday data, advise on HR processes, and help onboarding and pre-boarding activities. A hybrid work model and relocation support are offered.

Competenze

• Experience in HR administration, employee lifecycle processes or payroll-related activities.
• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools; Workday/ServiceNow experience is a strong advantage.

• Support UPM units in Poland with administrative tasks related to the employment life cycle and benefits.
• Co-operate with HR Business Partners at UPM’s mills and office sites, plus external stakeholders (e.g. payroll or benefits providers).
• Provide advice to employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and HR system queries using ServiceNow, phone, and chat.
• Maintain HR system (Workday) data related to personal, employment, compensation and benefits.
• Support time and attendance processes, including system troubleshooting and queries.
• Deliver onboarding sessions and support pre-boarding documentation.
• Prepare HR documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in additional HR projects and initiatives based on current need, interests and skills.
