Job summary

RXO is seeking a Specialist, Carrier Operations in Wrocław to support the NA Carrier Sales team with daily carrier operations, tracking, and incident resolution. You will help grow the carrier network and ensure on-time freight pickup and delivery while maintaining professional communication with internal and external contacts.

The role requires proactive problem solving, strong communication, and collaboration within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• English level at least B2 required.
• Experience in carrier operations or logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support North America Carrier Sales Reps/Teams in core daily operations such as tracking and incident resolution.
• Assist with call-in lines for load updates and escalations.
• Assist with dispatching carriers and tracking freight for on-time pickup and delivery.
• Update and resolve incidents and escalate compliance issues when needed.
• Ensure receipts, invoices and proofs of delivery are uploaded in RXO Connect or Freight Optimizer.
• Communicate updates effectively with internal and external contacts.

Where will your RXO Story take you?Working Shift : Monday - FridayWorking Hrs: 13:00 - 21:00How You’ll have an Impact:Specialist, Carrier Operations works in partnership with or under the guidance of a specific experienced Carrier Sales Rep/Team within North America (NA) to assist with operations tied to the coverage of freight, carrier lead generation, and other tasks that help support the growth and efficiency of our NA Carrier Network. The job of a this position is to assist the NA Carrier Sales team in helping to manage new and existing carrier relationships, perform daily operational tasks such as tracking and incident resolution, and expand RXO digital footprint within our network of carriers.
