Job summary

Eaton's Electrical division in Poland is seeking a Specification Sales Engineer for Warsaw or Łódź. You will identify specification opportunities, engage with design offices, consultants, and end-users, and influence early project specifications to position Eaton as the preferred solution.

You will develop territory plans, qualify leads, and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce, collaborating with sales, engineering, and operations to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering required.
• 2–5 years of experience.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Experience in Commercial & Institutional (C&I) Building Projects in electrical design or project management.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue specification opportunities with design offices, consultants, and end-users.
• Develop and execute a territory strategy to engage key specifying entities.
• Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on Eaton's value proposition.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with consultants, engineers, and end-users.
• Create account engagement plans and manage the pipeline in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations for seamless project execution.
• Draft concept solutions translating customer needs into technical and commercial proposals.
• Represent Eaton at industry events to increase visibility and opportunities.
