Qualifications

• Very good Spanish and English language skills (minimum B2+/C1).
• Experience in administration, operations, insurance, finance, or customer service would be an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of insurance policies and related documentation
• Collect, validate, and analyze insurance and client data
• Prepare reports, policy documentation, and renewal materials
• Collaborate with brokers, consultants, insurers, and internal partners in Spain
• Handle complex operational tasks and support issue resolution
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence initiatives
• Maintain process documentation and support knowledge-sharing activities
• Participate in projects, transitions, and implementation of new solutions
