Job summary

Aon sp. z o.o. in Kraków seeks a Senior Business Analyst for the Insurance Vertical on a fixed-term basis to analyse global data, develop revenue and pipeline reports, and lead dashboards for senior leadership.

You will drive data stewardship, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create ad hoc insights using Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint to support data-driven decisions. The role offers hybrid/remote options from Kraków.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining business reports and dashboards.
• Strong ability to synthesize, map and analyse data for informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for management presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Insurance Vertical Dashboard and provide ad-hoc insights.
• Lead data management across tools and reporting to improve quality.
• Design and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports including reviews.
• Develop revenue, sales and pipeline reporting from multiple data sources.
• Identify improvements and implement data-driven solutions using Excel/PowerBI.
• Collaborate with leaders to present market trends and requirements.
• Gather requirements for new reporting needs and future state reporting.
