Job summary

Liftero, based in Kraków, is hiring a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to lead European and global commercial expansion from Kraków or remote.

You will own the commercial strategy, translate technical capability into high‑value contracts, and work closely with founders and engineers to align market needs with the BOOSTER propulsion system.

Required: deep ESA/NewSpace exposure, a proven BD/sales track record, and fluent English. Willingness to travel across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in ESA & European NewSpace.
• Proven BD / sales track record in aerospace.
• Proactive, ownership of the pipeline from lead to contract.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2) for global negotiations.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
• Tender & proposal experience.
• Strategic market intelligence to spot trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial outreach to satellite manufacturers and prime contractors.
• Own the full BD pipeline and CRM-based deal progression.
• Lead proposals, tenders, RFIs/RFQs with compelling responses.
• Expand partnerships with space ecosystem players and suppliers.
• Represent Liftero at major space events and convert leads.
• Translate client requirements into market-driven technical offerings.
