Job summary

Liftero in Kraków is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to maintain production flow and high quality standards. You will inspect incoming components and in-house parts, manage warehouse operations, and coordinate external processing like welding, coating, or testing.

You will prepare parts for final assembly, support assembly and pressure tests, and uphold 5S and tool organization across the shop floor. English reading proficiency and hands-on experience with measuring tools are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of QC/QA experience in manufacturing or metalworking.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use calipers/micrometers.
• Experience with 5S and maintaining an organized workstation.
• ERP / WMS experience for goods receipt, dispatch and transfers.
• Solid workshop experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to verify components against technical documentation.
• Fluent English reading of technical documentation and procedures.
• Detail-oriented, highly accountable, independent and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Quality control of incoming components and internally manufactured parts to meet standards.
• Oversee daily inventory flows and internal material distribution.
• Pack and dispatch components to external suppliers for processing (welding, coating, testing).
• Handle incoming shipments and internal tracking and logistics.
• Prepare parts for final assembly, including marking, washing and cleanliness testing.
• Assist with hands-on manufacturing tasks, including mechanical assembly and pressure testing.
• Maintain 5S order and organize tools across all work areas.
