Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG in Sieroniowice, PL is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist (All Genders) to join our QA team. You will inspect components, maintain records, and support warranty processes in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or engineering background or experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist warranty in checking automotive components, producing Warranty Return reports.
• Maintain relevant spreadsheets and databases.
• Picking and returning rejected claims to Factors.
• Reject components not meeting warranty terms and conditions.
• Physically inspect components using test and measuring tools and equipment.
• Maintain the general facility and equipment.
• Ensure area housekeeping meets company standards.
• Participate in Quality Circle meetings or continuous improvement activities.
• Undertake other reasonable tasks associated to the QAT role.
• Populate SAP for each claim (Q notes).
• Identify trends or unusual failures requiring QA/product management input.

Senior Quality Assurance Specialist (All Genders)

Location: Sieroniowice, PL, 47-143

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist the warranty in the checking of automotive components i.e. unpacking, sorting, physical inspection and the production of Warranty Return reports of customer rejected products.
• Maintaining relevant spreadsheets and/or databases.
• Picking and returning rejected claims to Factors.
• Reject any components which do not meet warranty terms and conditions specified by the company.
• With the aid of test and measuring inspection tools and equipment e.g. Micrometers, Verniers, bespoke test equipment, undertake the physical inspection of components.
• Responsibility for the general maintenance of the facility and any equipment.
• Ensure housekeeping within your area is maintained to the standard set by the company.
• Partake in any Quality Circle meetings or continuous improvement activities e.g. ‘Move’.
• Undertake any other reasonable tasks associated to the position of QAT.
• Populate SAP as required for each claim i.e. Q notes.
• Be first line in identifying trends or unusual failures that should be addressed by the quality department or product management with cataloguing issues.
