Job summary

Huber+Suhner Polatis is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to lead programs that maintain and improve processes for delivering world-class products. You will manage assembly, inspection, and testing of micro-components in a cleanroom, analyse data to support concept and prototype development, and perform rework and reporting in line with approved instructions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize quality processes in production.
• Maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Analyze qualitative indicators and participate in audits.
• Lead 8D/PDCA problem-solving with data analysis.
• Monitor production equipment for quality and productivity.
• Support prototype development and Lean initiatives.
• Maintain 5S standards in the work area.
• Lead Lean practices and implement organisational programmes.
