Job summary

Liftero in Krakow is seeking a hands-on technician to turn engineering designs into operational propulsion hardware. You will assemble, test, and verify equipment, manage the workshop, and support R&D with testing and assembly of propulsion systems.

The role demands practical skills, strong tool proficiency, and a proactive mindset. Fluent Polish and good English are required; on-site work is mandatory in Krakow.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role in assembling, testing, and verifying equipment.
• Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools.
• Experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or workshop setting.

Responsibilities

• Conducting pressure tests on components and systems.
• Building and maintaining mechanical/hydraulic test benches in cooperation with R&D.
• Operating a CNC milling machine and maintaining it.
• Performing basic locksmithing/bench work as needed.
• Maintaining shop floor order and 5S standards.
• Supporting engineers during testing, integration, and assembly of propulsion systems.
