Job summary

Future Metals LLC Sp. Z O.O. in Poland is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support four distribution facilities and potentially additional sites.

You will manage supplier and process controls, lead root cause analysis for NCRs, and ensure compliance with quality management systems across the organization. The role requires travel, strong communication skills, and experience auditing ISO9001/AS9100-family standards, PFMEA, and process controls.

Qualifications

• Travel 20%-25% annually.
• Prior quality experience required.
• Metals service industry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
• Must be able to multitask and have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with computers including email and MS Office products.
• Auditing experience with ISO91001, AS9120B or AS9100D preferable.
• AS13000 8D and PFMEA practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support internal and external audits as assigned.
• Maintain and control auditing documentation and adhere to the audit schedule.
• Facilitate Quality Quarterly Reviews (GCQRs) and provide data for Management Reviews.
• Provide oversight of Calibration and device management within the QMS ERP system.
