Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join the enterprise sourcing team. In this role, you will support the execution of strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple locations and categories, working closely with cross‑functional teams and suppliers in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop potential suppliers across company divisions
• Execute RFQs and RFPs across multiple sites and sourcing categories
• Manage sourcing projects end‑to‑end (from requirements definition to supplier selection)
• Ensure sourcing decisions are transparent, compliant, and data‑driven
• Increase the number of sourcing projects delivered and support faster sourcing cycles and earlier savings realization
• Support supplier development and dual sourcing initiatives
• Contribute to supply risk mitigation and business continuity planning
• Maintain accurate sourcing documentation, data, and supplier communication

Qualifications

• 3‑7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
• Hands‑on experience with RFQs/RFPs and supplier negotiations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid analytical and organizational capabilities
• Fluent English (daily working language)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with discipline and follow‑through
• Proactive in identifying opportunities to expand spend under management
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build partnerships
• Open to feedback and continuous learning
• Availability to travel required, up to approximately 25%
