Job summary

Infosys Poland is seeking a senior Sourcing & Procurement professional to lead end-to-end strategic initiatives across MRO, services, and direct materials where available.

The role includes managing e-Sourcing projects, drafting business cases, and coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. Fluent English and Dutch are essential for client communications. Hybrid or remote work from Poland is supported.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end sourcing projects including spend analysis, scoping, and reporting
• Prepare and run RFx/eSourcing processes
• Negotiate terms, savings tracking and contract management
• Build relationships with client stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, Controlling and Logistics
• Ensure compliance with global documents and procurement SLA/KPI
• Identify and escalate supplier issues and delays
• Manage tactical and PR-PO processes within defined thresholds

Job description

• Minimum 8 years of overall relevant experience in Sourcing & Procurement area, mostly in strategic initiatives (MRO, Services, Direct materials if available)
• Hands on experience in handling e-Sourcing projects across categories
• Ability and proven experience in drafting sourcing planning, business case creation, sourcing execution including TCO approach
• Hands on working experience in an ERP environment
• Exposure to RFx/ eSourcing Tools, experience on leading platforms
• Experience in matrix managed organization would be an asset
• English and Dutch on C1 (essential for client’s communication purpose)

Responsibilities:

• Execution of sourcing projects including full end to end management (spend analysis, sourcing projects opportunity identification, scope discussion and clarification, sourcing execution, contract management and reporting)
• RFXs preparation and execution including eSourcing solutions
• Negotiations, contract terms discussion, savings documentation and reporting
• Build and maintain relationships with client Stakeholders including cross functional teams in Engineering department, Finance, Controlling and/or Logistic depending on project needs
• Ensure full compliance with global defined documents
• Delivery on key procurement SLA/KPI: savings, payment terms negotiation, delivery terms and others
• Alert on hurdles time delays & supplier issues in managed market / commodity
• End to end procurement process including tactical and PR-PO process on defined threshold
