Job summary

Hager is seeking a Sourcing Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Sourcing team on a permanent contract, reporting to the Sourcing Operations Manager at one of our Hager Group sites (Poland included).

The role focuses on executing administrative and operational sourcing tasks, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date sourcing documentation while supporting suppliers and internal stakeholders across sites. This position is based at our Bierun site in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, autonomous execution of administrative and operational tasks including processing SRL updates, invoices, and tracking procurement activities.
• Guarantee data accuracy across all sourcing transactions and maintain accessible records for relevant teams.
• Identify system inefficiencies and inform senior leadership about potential issues or improvements to maintain system effectiveness.
• Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a liaison between sourcing teams and suppliers to coordinate tasks and support internal stakeholders and suppliers.

As a Sourcing Operations Specialist (m/f/d) you will report to the Sourcing Operations Manager based in one of our Hager Group sites (China, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, UK) for a permanent contract.

The Sourcing Operations Specialist (m/f/d) ensures the efficient execution of administrative processes and operational tasks within the Sourcing function.

What you will do?

• Provide proactive, autonomous execution of administrative and operational tasks including processing SRL updates, invoices, etc., tracking procurement activities, and maintaining up-to-date sourcing documentation
• Guarantee data accuracy across all sourcing transactions, ensure records are accessible for relevant teams and suggest improvements to optimize the daily work
• Identify system inefficiencies and inform Senior leadership about potential issues or areas for improvement in order to maintain system effectiveness
• Ensure that all sourcing activities adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Act as a liaison between sourcing teams and suppliers to ensure the proper coordination of tasks and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver timely, effective support and solutions

• Operational Excellence: Your analytical skills and attention for detail enable you to optimize processes and identify inefficiencies
• Tool knowledge: Proficiency with Sourcing Tools and processes in the system
• Organizational Skills: You have got a service-oriented mindset, build effective teams, collaborate with internal & external stakeholders and suppliers and you drive results with a strong customer focus
• Languages: Fluent in English, with German and/or French language skills as a plus
