Job summary

The Stryker Group is seeking a Sourcing Intern in Poland to support the Sourcing team across day-to-day activities and projects, developing analytical, organizational and communication skills within a global MedTech company.

From data collection and analysis to RFIs/RFQs, you will help maintain supplier information, prepare presentations, and contribute to project trackers. This 12-month internship requires 30‑35 hours per week and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field (current student status).
• Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• English language proficiency at least B2 level, written and verbal. Communicative level of Polish knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with self-motivation and organisational skills
• Availability for a 12-month internship and commitment to work 30-35h/week
• Academic or project experience related to supply chain or business process improvement will be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Support the Sourcing team with ongoing projects and day-to-day activities.

• Help with data setup and maintenance, ensuring sourcing and supplier information is accurate and up to date.
• Support the preparation and issue of RFIs and RFQs and help organise supplier responses.
• Assist with gathering and comparing supplier quotations and information.
• Conduct basic research on suppliers, products, markets and sourcing opportunities.
• Help maintain sourcing project trackers and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports and other sourcing materials.
• Assist with organising supplier and internal meetings and maintaining relevant documentation.
• Help the team with ad hoc analysis and project activities as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve the way sourcing data and information is organised and managed.

This is a hands‑on role that will provide exposure to sourcing, suppliers, data analysis and project management within a global MedTech organisation.

Poland Pay Ranges:
